Job Description

  • Assist in identifying potential suppliers and evaluating their capabilities.
  • Support the selection and onboarding of suppliers while maintaining positive vendor relationships.
  • Participate in negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
  • Create and manage purchase orders in compliance with company policies. Ensure accuracy and completeness of procurement documentation
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and efficient procurement practices.
  • Support cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Min. 3 years of working experience as a procurement buyer.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities and collaborative attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple procurement tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency with procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High ethical standards and integrity in procurement practices
