Job Description

Training Program Development:

Design and develop training materials and programs tailored to various learning styles and organizational needs.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and regional to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

Training Delivery

Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions both in-person and virtually.
Utilize various instructional techniques and formats to engage participants.

Assessment And Evaluation

Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Continuously improve programs based on evaluation results and organizational changes.

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

Manage and maintain the LMS, including course uploads, user management, and reporting.
Assist employees in navigating the LMS and accessing learning resources.

Government Mandatory Trainings And Certification

Work with HRBP and Compliance team to define mandatory training list classification.
Search and register mandatory trainings and certifications to selected parties.
Complete a learning sections in Rencana Bisnis (Business Plan) for each entity as a part of government mandatory reports.

Collaboration And Communication

Partner with HR and department leaders to assess training needs and align programs with business goals.
Communicate training opportunities and updates to employees effectively.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development or a related area.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning tools.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Certification in Learning and Development (e.g., CPLP, ATD).
Experience with data analysis and reporting to assess training impact.
Familiarity with emerging trends in learning technologies and methodologies.
