Job Description

Training Program Development:

  • Design and develop training materials and programs tailored to various learning styles and organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and regional to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

Training Delivery

  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions both in-person and virtually.
  • Utilize various instructional techniques and formats to engage participants.

Assessment And Evaluation

  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Continuously improve programs based on evaluation results and organizational changes.

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

  • Manage and maintain the LMS, including course uploads, user management, and reporting.
  • Assist employees in navigating the LMS and accessing learning resources.

Government Mandatory Trainings And Certification

  • Work with HRBP and Compliance team to define mandatory training list classification.
  • Search and register mandatory trainings and certifications to selected parties.
  • Complete a learning sections in Rencana Bisnis (Business Plan) for each entity as a part of government mandatory reports.

Collaboration And Communication

  • Partner with HR and department leaders to assess training needs and align programs with business goals.
  • Communicate training opportunities and updates to employees effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development or a related area.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning tools.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certification in Learning and Development (e.g., CPLP, ATD).
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting to assess training impact.
  • Familiarity with emerging trends in learning technologies and methodologies.
