Job Description
- Manage operation team and report directly to Technical Director to oversee and manage underwriting, claims, customer service, and policy functions.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service delivery and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to align operations with overall business goals
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of professionals across multiple functions
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and systems
- Support the Technical Director in strategic planning and operational management
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, with proven leadership in operations
- Strong understanding of underwriting, claims, customer service, and policy administration
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- A medical background is highly advantageous
