Job Description

  • Manage operation team and report directly to Technical Director to oversee and manage underwriting, claims, customer service, and policy functions.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service delivery and efficiency
  • Collaborate with other departments to align operations with overall business goals
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of professionals across multiple functions
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and systems
  • Support the Technical Director in strategic planning and operational management


The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, with proven leadership in operations
  • Strong understanding of underwriting, claims, customer service, and policy administration
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • A medical background is highly advantageous
