We are seeking an experienced, creative, and skilled Architect to lead all aspects of architectural work, from initial planning to overseeing construction. The ideal candidate will have experience designing villas/resorts/residential and possess the creativity and technical expertise to bring our visions to life.
You will be responsible for designing new buildings, extensions, renovations, and restorations, ensuring they meet our requirements and align with sustainability principles.
Your role will involve collaborating with engineers and contractors to deliver functional and visually appealing designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs from concept to completion for a variety of building projects.
- Developing architecture in line with client’s needs, building’s usage, and environmental impact
- Controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high-quality, innovative, and functional design
- Produce detailed drawings/blueprints, specifications, and construction documents and make any necessary adjustments
- Compile project specifications
- Keep within budgets and timelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Ensure designs and all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations
- Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure projects are built according to plans.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies.
Requirements and skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in building design
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse and artistic architectural projects
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Studio VIZ or similar)
- Proficiency in rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, Blender, Enscape, or similar)
- Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
- Visual awareness and an eye for detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Fluent in English
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Bali.

Location: Ubud, Bali, Indonesia
Position Type: On-site Full-Time (6 days a week)
