as an HR Generalist you will Perform a wide range of HR tasks to support the HR division with key focuses on organizational development: performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement
Responsibility:
- Review organizational structure and job roles periodically
- Attend to various inquiries across the organization and communicate issues
- Update HR budget record for various activities (L/D and engagement)
- Create relevant learning materials to narrow down the skill and competency gap
- Coordinate and facilitate the preparation and execution of L/D programs
- Deliver L/D programs as a trainer
- Recommend learning opportunities to improve employee skills and competencies
- Administer performance appraisal processes that include setting up the system, gathering peer reviewers, encouraging 1:1 reviews, and concluding results
- Accommodate promoted employees
- Execute engagement activities and communicate with third parties if required
- Consult with other HR personnel to guide the hiring & development needs
- Assist in the orientation of new hires, and ensure a smooth transition into the organization
- Occasionally attend to payroll administrations and benefit utilization
- Bachelor's degree in a human-related field (psychology is preferable)
- Min. 3 years of experience in the HR function
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Talenta, G-Suites familiarization
- Experience in handling payroll & BPJS
- Have an experience in Training & Development
- Have an experience to make a presentation and report
- Self-starter
