Job Description :

  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, define job requirements, and prepare comprehensive job descriptions.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates.
  • Manage candidate relationships and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate with the HR team to ensure timely onboarding of new hires and support the overall talent management strategy.
  • Track recruitment metrics, analyze hiring data, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.


Requirement :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • Having 0-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, people search or a related field
  • Fresh-graduates are welcome to apply
  • Required Skill(s): Human resource, recruitment
  • Good communication (written and oral), presentation, and interpersonal relation skills
  • Highly motivated, energetic, positive working attitude, and a quick learner
  • Keen attention to detail and a professional approach.
