Job Descriptions :
- Maintain and ensure that brand values are consistently applied in marketing and sales activities.
- Develop effective communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and positioning in the market.
- Manage brand operational aspects, including the preparation of profit & loss reports, and ensure all necessary operational documents are complete.
- Lead new product launches, from concept development to coordination with relevant teams (R&D, supply chain, sales & marketing).
- Determine positioning, pricing, and product value aligned with the brand.
- Orchestrate all sales and marketing activities, collaborating with both internal and external teams to achieve brand targets.
- Continuously monitor and develop brand value to remain relevant to market developments and consumer needs.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Communication, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the consumer goods or nutrition industry.
- Proven experience in leading product launches from concept to execution.
- Ability to think strategically in managing and developing the brand.
- Proficient in managing projects with various teams and stakeholders.
- Capable of leading and coordinating teams without direct supervision.
- Able to analyze data for effective decision-making.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior in the nutrition industry.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
