Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Accounting Specialist at Credit Solutions Indonesia in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Financial Accounting Specialist will be responsible for preparing financial statements, utilizing analytical skills for data interpretation, managing accounting software, handling finance-related tasks, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation.
  • Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow projections.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, accounting principles, and company policies.
  • Support audits and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
  • Monitor the company’s financial health by analyzing financial data and providing recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • English Proficiency both written and spoken
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
