Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead MarTech to head our marketing technology strategy, overseeing the architecture, integration, and optimization of our marketing technology stack. In this leadership role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of tools and platforms that drive marketing effectiveness, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Strategy & Leadership:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive MarTech strategy aligned with the company’s marketing and business goals.

• Lead the selection, implementation, and management of marketing technology solutions (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics, personalization, and customer data platforms).

• Act as the key point of contact for all marketing technology-related decisions and provide guidance on best practices.

• Tracker Setup & Maintenance:

• Ensure all tracking systems, such as ad platform Pixels, Google Tag Manager (GTM), UTM parameters, and other tracking tools, are properly set up and functioning. Conduct regular audits to ensure the integrity of tracking data.

• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues related to tracking, attribution, or data discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Platform Integration & Optimization:

• Oversee the integration of marketing technologies with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

• Identify opportunities for platform optimization, ensuring the tech stack supports customer acquisition, retention, and engagement efforts.

• Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure proper data governance, security, and compliance.

• Platform Management:

• Oversee the integration of marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to create a seamless data flow between marketing channels.

• Data-Driven Marketing & Analytics:

• Lead efforts to enhance marketing automation and data-driven decision-making by ensuring accurate data capture, analytics, and reporting capabilities.

• Build and maintain advanced reporting dashboards, providing insights on campaign performance, customer behavior, and overall marketing effectiveness.

• Leverage data analytics to identify trends, optimize campaign performance, and guide marketing strategies.

• Attribution Management:

• Solve complex attribution problems across marketing channels to ensure accurate reporting and measurement of campaign performance.

• Collaboration with Data Team:

• Work closely with the data team to conduct deep dives into campaign performance, user behavior, and attribution models, providing actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.

• Tagging & Event Tracking:

• Manage tagging and event tracking setups for web and app, ensuring that all user actions are captured accurately for reporting and optimization.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure the effective use of MarTech solutions across the organization.

• Partner with creative and content teams to implement personalization and dynamic content strategies using MarTech tools.

• Provide training and support to marketing team members on new technology platforms and best practices.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

• Stay abreast of emerging MarTech trends and innovations, recommending new tools and solutions that can enhance the customer experience and marketing ROI.

• Lead the evaluation of new marketing technologies and tools, ensuring that investments align with long-term business needs.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, constantly seeking opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the marketing technology landscape.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.

• 7+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital marketing, or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.

• Expertise in managing and optimizing MarTech platforms such as CRM, marketing automation, content management, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Adobe Marketing Cloud).

• Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and projects, with a strong focus on data-driven marketing.

• Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs) and marketing automation tools.

• Knowledge of Ad Platforms (Google, Meta, Tiktok, Programmatic Partners) + data skills SQL for advanced tag implementation.

• Experience in e-commerce or high-traffic digital platforms.
