We are looking for an IT Project specialist to join our client’s company as a Tech Infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Product Delivery (Project Execution and Delivery)

• Manage project execution and delivery, projects include:

• Tech Core Digital Workplace, Connectivity, HW/SW products

• EoL of Core Tech products

• Other Tech products, such as Clouds, Security etc

• Retail, Warehouse, LO and Workplaces

• Run projects in line with the product domain priorities and governance.

• Utilizes the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality.

• Provide feedback to product owners to continuously improve the product

Demand Management

• Collect and manage regional Tech Core demand from Digital Workplace, Connectivity, HW/SW as well as Retail, Warehouse, LO and Workplaces

• Facilitate regular demand review meetings across GCA/APAC Tech Core and other stakeholders.

• Provide complete transparency on approved demand to the CMT & Tech Core project management teams.

• Utilize new Tech Core demand management process.

• The standardized demand management process will capture all requests through a webform and send it into a single central repository using Smartsheet as our main tool across all three hubs.

• Increase the speed of delivery with clear scope and processes as applying the same principals.

• Status updates to be accessible via the demand management dashboard.

Drive Standardization

• Drive consolidation and standardization according to Product roadmap

• Minimize market-for-market customization.

• Drive Tech Core related vendor consolidation projects

Local Services Delivery

• Global budget execution (KSR, EoL, hardware procurement)

• Local budget management, not belonging to Field Services or out of scope services for WaaS.

• Fix and mobile telephony contracts

• Multifunctional and label printers services

• Non-standard servers server maintenance

• RF Scanners services

• Manage business reclass (hardware, telephony, printer consumption, etc.), according to the cost accounting policy.

• Act as the local escalation point for services.

• Manage local non-standard Tech Core components, participates and propose service improvements.

• Manage local non-standard Tech Core providers (i.e. mobile phone contract, hardware providers)

• Global partners local relationship management when applicable (i.e. Local HP contracts, HCL local onboarding, etc.).

• Coordinate Change Management activities for Tech Core standard and non-standard products (i.e. downtime, scope of services)

• Maintain country/site IT service continuity documents and plans.

• Tech Core local representative for ITSCM audi

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Computer Science or relevant field

• 3-5 years experience in IT related projects

• Skilled in project management

• Experience in retail environment relate to infrastructure, application, network and system management will have advantage

• Able to communicate in English

• Proactive and easily adapt

• A strong team player with ability to work in collaborative environment

• Willing to work overtime

• Willing to be placed in Jakarta site
