Warehouse Administrator

Multi Bintang Indonesia is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to support warehouse daily delivery operation, especially related with custom regulations and dealing with internal or even external customer complaints. If you enjoy problem-solving, excellent on time performance execution, and being part of a global team that values efficiency, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

• :Perform regular stock takes as per SOP in order to maintain data accuracy and product or material traceability
• .Perform receiving, sorting, storing, delivering, and supplying processes as per SOP to maintain smooth warehouse operation
• .Ensure incoming and outgoing materials or shipments are accurate and free of damage and FIFO/FEFO delivery are controlled adequately
• .Perform documentation and data processing as per SOP to ensure on-time data accuracy and product/material traceability
• .Perform excise document control and close coordination and communication with excise officers to ensure on-time conformance to government regulatio
• nPerform regular measurement, report, and general review of performance for each area of responsibility to ensure KPI achievemen
• tPerform regular monitoring for good housekeeping and safety implementation as per hygiene and safety standards to ensure a ‘good and safe place for work’

• l)Experience in warehouse operations or logisti
• csDetermined to learn, taking own initiatives and open-minded culture, and short decision pat
• hsExcellent in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outloo
• k)Experienced in SAP is preferab
• leFresh graduates are welcome to app
• lyFluent in English both oral and writt
• enWilling to be placed in Sampang Agung, Mojokerto - Suraba
