Job Description:

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and boost sales across the Indonesian market. You will work closely with the global team to localize the brand’s voice and campaigns, while leading a local marketing team to develop and implement both digital and offline marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with global brand positioning, tailored to the Indonesian market.
  • Oversee local campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Manage all digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
  • Lead the creation and execution of local partnerships, influencer collaborations, and events to promote brand visibility.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including retail, operations, and global marketing, to ensure alignment and consistency in brand communication.
  • Monitor and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
  • Build and lead a local marketing team, providing coaching and development for junior staff members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on retail, luxury, or F&B brands.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media, Google Analytics, and SEO.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for brand storytelling.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Experience with luxury or premium brands is a plus.
