Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation tactics.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership to develop targeted sales strategies, focusing on niche sectors and expanding market opportunities.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Conduct discovery meetings, develop tailored proposals, and manage new and existing client relationships.
  • Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling services like performance marketing and digital strategy.
  • Networking & Events: Attend industry events and actively engage with potential clients and partners to grow Epilog’s presence.
  • Sales Reporting & Analysis: Track and report key sales metrics, providing insights to help refine strategies and improve processes.
  • Contract Negotiation & Deal Closing: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both Epilog and clients.
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a digital agency or creative services environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools.
