Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work culture.
- Organize and coordinate employee events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in employee engagement or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to plan and execute events and initiatives.
- Understanding of employee motivation and satisfaction.
