About Our Client

Our client, an established property developer in Indonesia, is seeking a Payroll Supervisor position based in Jakarta. The requirements for the position are as follows:

As the Payroll Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the payroll departments daily operations and ensuring that accurate and timely payrolls are processed for all employees in a timely and efficient manner. This position will oversee payroll processing and reporting, provide service to internal and external customers, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct payroll calculations (input-output payroll) and ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Process bank transfer files for payroll.
• Handle payroll documentation for approval and payment by the cashier.
• Oversee the filing of employee documents (new hires, existing employees, and terminations).
• Implement all policies, instructions, tasks, and directives from leadership as assigned later.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting
• Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Payroll Supervisor
• Skills/Expertise:
• Proficient in PPH21, BPJS Employment, BPJS Health, and payroll systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
