About The Role

Responsible for the development of the organization's regulations, HR policies, plan-out, guide, coordinate, and supervise implementations of the work process of the Human Resources department. Ensuring efficiency in order to reap target sales increase towards company's profit.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, update, develop, recommend and implement Company Regulations, HR Policies, in an effort to increase employee productivity for the achievement of Sales Targets and Company Profits.
  • Analyze, periodically evaluate and recommend, implement, coordinate compensation program policies and employee welfare, in order to suit current conditions, and increase employee satisfaction and motivation, so that Company goals are achieved.
  • Coordinate and communicate company policies/regulations to ensure employee understanding, cooperation and motivation.
  • Coordinate, direct, supervise, inspect, process payroll and approve its reporting, in order to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and overtime.
  • Plan, direct, inspect, and approve the payment process and employee social security claims and reporting, in order to ensure that company policies and government regulations regarding social security are carried out correctly.
  • Coordinate, direct, and supervise the administration process of employee welfare claims in the form of incentives, medication, glasses, funeral money, severance pay, services, and approve the realization of payments, in accordance with applicable regulations/policies.
  • Plan, recommend and implement efforts for a comfortable working environment, in order to maintain a conducive working atmosphere, manage Company risks related to labor relations and employee issues, resulting in better productivity.
  • Increase Employee Commitment to HR Policies and Company Regulations by socializing and distributing to all employees, in order to maintain employee harmonization and productivity.
  • Evaluating, directing, supervising and assessing staff performance, proposing improvements to their abilities and welfare, in order to increase the productivity of dept. staff.
  • Work planning and reporting.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum education in Bachelor's degree, majored in Psychology, Human resource Management, Law, or similar fields
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in HR Management roles
  • Understand HR managament tools, local and national labor laws, compensation and benefit schemes
  • Has high leadership qualities
  • Understand end-to-end recruitment process, personnel administration, employment law, performance management, payroll, BPJS Employment and BPJS Health reporting.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, high professional ethics, and well-organized.
  • Skillful in Ms Office and HRIS
