- Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures pertaining to information systems

- Proven experience as a CIO / CTO or similar leadership role in IT

- EMinimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and enterprise systems
- Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
