Key Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR-related matters, including talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall business strategy.
Partner with managers to identify and address employee development needs and create career development plans.
Lead talent management processes, including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development programs.
Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Support organizational change initiatives and facilitate effective communication throughout the company.
Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistency and alignment of HR practices across the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Strong experience in talent management, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and influence at all levels of the organization.
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
