Job Description:

As a Jr KAM, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and developing strong relationships with our clients in Bandung. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and ensure the achievement of sales targets. You will also be responsible for maintaining and growing existing accounts, while continuously seeking ways to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in Bandung
  • Identify new business opportunities and work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct regular account reviews and provide insights and recommendations to improve sales performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
  • Prepare sales reports and present them to management on a regular basis
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely manner
  • Continuously seek ways to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in key account management or sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Willing to travel within Bandung and occasionally to other cities in Indonesia
