Job Overview: As the Head of Product, you will lead the entire product development cycle from strategy to execution. You will be responsible for ensuring that KiriminAja's products continue to evolve with innovation, remain relevant, and are aligned with the company's business vision. This role requires strong leadership in managing the Product team, collaborating with other divisions, and making strategic, result-oriented decisions.

Job Description:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to identify opportunities and customer needs.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance to continuously improve quality and user satisfaction.
  • Make strategic decisions based on data and market research.
  • Manage the Product Managers, ensuring they work effectively to achieve company goals.
  • Maintain effective communication across related teams for a smooth product development process.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tech-product, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience leading a Software Quality Assurance team (a plus).
  • Deep understanding of the product lifecycle and technology-driven product development.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working in technology companies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
