Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?

• Execute CRM plans (e.g., potential customer lists) and ensure timely implementation of CRM activities.
• Identify customer needs and offer suitable product recommendations.
• Perform daily CRM tasks, including managing inbound and outbound chats on various e-commerce platforms to maintain positive customer feedback and experiences.
• Engage potential customers to become Erha Affiliators, helping to expand revenue sources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational and business goals.
• Develop daily and weekly reports, providing relevant data and summaries to assess CRM activity effectiveness.
• Assist customers throughout the purchasing process.
• Prepare administrative documents for channels in line with SLA requirements to ensure operational excellence.

Does it match your criteria?

• Min. Diploma (D3) in any major.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service field; experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel), strong communication skills, product knowledge, and customer service experience.
