Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?
- Execute CRM plans (e.g., potential customer lists) and ensure timely implementation of CRM activities.
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable product recommendations.
- Perform daily CRM tasks, including managing inbound and outbound chats on various e-commerce platforms to maintain positive customer feedback and experiences.
- Engage potential customers to become Erha Affiliators, helping to expand revenue sources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational and business goals.
- Develop daily and weekly reports, providing relevant data and summaries to assess CRM activity effectiveness.
- Assist customers throughout the purchasing process.
- Prepare administrative documents for channels in line with SLA requirements to ensure operational excellence.
Does it match your criteria?
- Min. Diploma (D3) in any major.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service field; experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel), strong communication skills, product knowledge, and customer service experience.
