Job Responsibility:
- In charge of creating plans, strategies, and carrying out brand activations in line with marketing team requirements in order to achieve sales targets
- Increase brand performance through offline, online, and hybrid activations in terms of awareness, image, trial, sales, and engagement
- Assist in designing event exhibition booths
- Handle CSR (donations) and sponsorship programs
- Regularly monitor the inventory of promotional materials to make sure they are being used successfully and efficiently
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Visual Communication Design (with a GPA of at least 3.00)
- At least 1 year of experience in Brand Activation / Marketing Communication / Promotion in FMCG sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to drive a car is a plus
- Hardworking, able to meet tight deadlines, and highly detail-oriented
