As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for managing reservation requests, providing information about availability and services, and ensuring a smooth and efficient booking process for guests. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and creating a positive first impression.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and booking inquiries for reservations in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about room availability, pricing, and packages, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Confirm, modify, or cancel reservations based on guest requests, ensuring accurate record
- Coordinate with others departments to ensure guest need are met
- Resolve any booking issues or discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all hotel or services policies, rates, and promotions
- Indonesian citizen
- Vocational school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
- Similar previous experience in customer service, ideally in 5 stars hotel reservations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Local Language
- Proficient in using Opera System is preferred
- Ability to multitask and handle high call and email volume while maintaining accuracy
- Problem-solving abilities with a positive, can-do attitude
