Description

As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for managing reservation requests, providing information about availability and services, and ensuring a smooth and efficient booking process for guests. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and creating a positive first impression.

Key Responsibilities


  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and booking inquiries for reservations in a professional and courteous manner

  • Provide accurate information about room availability, pricing, and packages, ensuring compliance with company policies

  • Confirm, modify, or cancel reservations based on guest requests, ensuring accurate record

  • Coordinate with others departments to ensure guest need are met

  • Resolve any booking issues or discrepancies in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all hotel or services policies, rates, and promotions



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • Indonesian citizen

  • Vocational school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field is a plus

  • Similar previous experience in customer service, ideally in 5 stars hotel reservations

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Local Language

  • Proficient in using Opera System is preferred

  • Ability to multitask and handle high call and email volume while maintaining accuracy

  • Problem-solving abilities with a positive, can-do attitude
