Job Descriptions :
- Builds, implements, and oversees all aspects of salary, benefits, and bonuses across the whole organization and business unit
- Benchmarking current compensation and benefits policies to ensure competitiveness
- Developing Compensation and Benefits strategies and plans
- Managing the annual salary review process
- Leading the Payroll and Benefits teams
- Manage HRIS (Pro-Int) and build any new system development in Human Resources
- Experience in handle >5.000 employees with multi entities
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Finance or any major
- At least ten years’ experience in HR managerial position (manage payroll, compensation benefit and HR System)
- At least five years’ successful team leadership experience
- Expert knowledge of common HRIS
- Strong grasp of project management
- Collaborative and client-centric mindset
- A good understanding of HR laws and regulations
