  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Ensure that all billing processes are in line with current regulations and provide training when deemed necessary. The goal is to ensure the high quality of our operations and services aimed at the long-term success of our business.

Qualification :

- Earned a bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution

- Minimum 2 year experience as Quality Assurance, esspecially in Collection

- Good knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards

- Familiar with the use of call monitoring and performance evaluation tools.

- Handle complaints from clients (if there are any complaints)

- Strong with analytical skills and logical thinking

- Good knowledge of MS Office and databases

- Outstanding communication skills

- Great attention to detail and a result driven approach

- Proficient and confident when communicating in English (both written and verbal)
