  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Superintendent Coal Processing Plant

Location: West Kutai Regency, East Kalimantan

Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to K3LH (Safety, Health, Environment) procedures and regulations.
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate coal processing activities against the agreed blending plan.
  • Oversee and evaluate daily mining operations to ensure coal processing aligns with the Daily Operation Plan (DOP).
  • Optimize coal processing production safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure the quality of coal produced matches the established blending plan by providing guidance to supervisors and conducting training and development programs to enhance team skills.
  • Set work targets/KPIs for subordinates, provide coaching, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure the achievement of targets.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the coal processing plant.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Superintendent in a Coal Processing Plant (CPP) or similar role.
  • Proven experience handling a production capacity of at least 4 million tons annually.
  • Previous experience in either CPP contractors or coal mining companies with owned processing plants.
  • Strong understanding of coal blending plans and quality control.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
