Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining information security.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including managing directors, clinics, hospitals, direct-to-consumer channels, employers, and community organizations.
- Oversee and manage designated areas to ensure effective service delivery.
- Drive customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor competitor activities to identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer engagement.
- Any other duties as assigned by CEO/COO.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong medical and product knowledge relevant to our offerings.
- Proven sales ability with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
