Position Overview

As a Key Account Executive / Medical Sales Representative for the Medan Area, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy and enhancing our presence in the market. You will be responsible for managing key customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive approach to understanding customer needs, monitoring competitor activities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Your expertise in the medical field will be essential as you engage with healthcare professionals and organizations to promote our products effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining information security.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including managing directors, clinics, hospitals, direct-to-consumer channels, employers, and community organizations.
  • Oversee and manage designated areas to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor competitor activities to identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer engagement.
  • Any other duties as assigned by CEO/COO.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong medical and product knowledge relevant to our offerings.
  • Proven sales ability with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
