  • Research, identify, and generate new B2B leads through various channels (email, LinkedIn, web, apollo).
  • Develop and manage lead generation strategies that drive high-quality leads ex. cold calling, canvassing, etc.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective leads in the CRM (HubSpot).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create lead nurturing processes and campaigns.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting (cold emails/calls) and follow-up on inbound leads.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Track and report lead generation metrics such as lead conversion rates and lead-to-opportunity ratio.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and lead generation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).
  • Ability to research target industries, companies, and decision-makers.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Experience in the HR Tech Industry preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills for lead qualification.
