About Us

Our business started over 60 years ago and has been in the same family ever since. From our very humble beginnings, we have grown to be in the top 50 car dealers in the country. Across our 21 businesses we have a stable workforce of over 600 people, many of whom have been with us for years. We are always on the lookout for nice, genuine people who genuinely care about our customers and have a can-do attitude.

Our recruitment philosophy is that we recruit for attitude and train for skills, which means that although we’re often looking for specific technical skills, if you like working with customers and you are attracted by our Family Values of Fit, Fun, Family and Fearless, you’ll fit in well here and we’d like to hear from you even if you have no experience of the automotive industry.

We offer manufacturer training for product knowledge to give you the technical skills you need to be a “top one percenter”.

You must possess an outrageous ambition to want to be the best and you won’t let anyone stop you.

This is a fabulous opportunity to join both a successful brand and family run business. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a desire to experience and learn more about the brand.

About You

The ideal candidate will have an excellent eye for detail, being able to work meticulously and efficiently.

The successful applicant will be coached throughout the process, allowing them to become a successful Vehicle Damage Assessor in their own right. You will learn how to assess damage and create repair estimates, in line with the most current technologies and repair methodologies. Strong rapport building skills will be essential, as you learn to liaise with customers, technicians and the wider team, to ensure the job is done correctly first time, in line with Brand and company standards.

Along the way, the successful candidate will acquire the skills to ensure repairs are carried out in a way that utilises time, materials and labour resources in the most effective way. Our chosen candidate will also be expected to maintain high administrative standards, documenting the relevant processes to allow the department to function fluidly.

We’re looking for someone who is willing to assume new responsibilities when given, and someone is who isn’t afraid to get stuck in and ask questions along the way!

Bodyshop/Automotive Aftersales is a bonus, but not essential.
