We are looking for Product Fashion Merchandiser , with the following responsibility and requirements ;

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the internal team to create and execute production plans for fashion products, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
Conducting negotiations with third parties or vendors to align timelines, pricing, and quality.
Work closely with manufacturers and vendors to monitor the production process, address any issues, and ensure that production schedules are met.
Monitor production costs and negotiate with suppliers to optimize production expenses without compromising product quality.
Develop and maintain production timelines to meet delivery deadlines, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress and potential delays.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Engineering, or related field.
Minimal experience: 1 - 2 Years as Merchandiser, Product Development fashion brand.
In-depth knowledge of the production process, including sourcing, manufacturing, and quality control.
Merchandising & Planning skills, Project Management
Excellent interpersonal.
Ability to handle ambiguity and ever changing business needs
Willing to listen to new ideas and learn
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and design.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with external and internal teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant industry software.
