Job Summary

As the Assistant Boutique Manager, you will support the Boutique Manager in overseeing the daily operations and driving the success of a luxury global brand’s boutique. Your role is to ensure exceptional customer service, optimize sales performance, and maintain high brand standards. You will assist in managing a dedicated team, ensuring the boutique operates efficiently, and creating a luxurious shopping experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Performance and Customer Service

  • Support the Boutique Manager in driving sales to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring an elevated client experience that aligns with brand standards.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to boost in-store revenue.
  • Foster strong client relationships through personalized service and clienteling.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Assit in leading, coaching, and motivating the boutique team to enhance performance and deliver excellent service.
  • Help manage staff schedules, ensuring proper coverage and operational efficiency.
  • Support training and development initiatives for boutique staff to enhance product knowledge, service skills, and sales techniques.
  • Act as a role model and mentor for the team, leading by example in delivering top-tier service.

Boutique Operations

  • Oversee daily boutique operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure product availability.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and standards for visual displays, store presentation, and product placement.
  • Assist in managing the boutique’s P&L, including budgeting and cost control.

Clienteling and CRM

  • Assist in executing clienteling strategies to retain and grow the boutique’s customer base.
  • Utilize CRM tools to capture customer information and track client preferences, driving repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Assist in organizing in-store events, VIP appointments, and brand activations to enhance the boutique’s clienteling efforts.

Brand Representation

  • Ensure that the boutique upholds the image and values of the premium brand at all times.
  • Represent the brand with integrity, professionalism, and a deep knowledge of its heritage and products.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the brand’s product offerings, seasonal collections, and latest trends to effectively assist clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, with experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or any related fields
  • Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets in a high-end retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in coaching and developing staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for luxury brands and customer service.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and inventory management tools.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
