Job Description
- Register claims accurately in the system and maintain organized records.
- Check and validate claim documents; request additional documents if needed.
- Collect and validate payment documents; coordinate payment processing.
- Create and send Letter of Discharge (LOD) to insured parties; then monitor their status.
- Monitor and process information from emails and other communication media for each claim.
- Conduct open file reviews to track and resolve outstanding claims.
- A bachelor’s degree in insurance, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in claims handling or a related role is preferable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using multiple claims management system, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google suite.
