Job Description:

1. Have an in-depth understanding of the Indonesia local market in the field of consumer electronics, and establish cooperation contacts with potential local offline channels;

2. Develop localized sales & marketing plans and channel recruitment strategies, and lead local channels to achieve sales target;

3. Cooperate with functional teams to improve channel efficiency through reporting and training for channel data analysis and sales optimization;

4. Establishing, developing, and maintaining effective business relationships with channel partners and local distributor.

5. Responsible for setting clear goals for channel sales, designing and implementing strategies to meet these goals, and tracking progress toward them.

6. Constantly recruiting new channel partners, provide training and support to existing partners.

Job Requirements:

1. Full-time college degree or above, 2 years of experience in consumer electronics channel management and distribution management;

2. Cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills;

3. Result-oriented, like challenges, self-motivated;

4. Establish good business relationships with B2B dealers, service providers and associations is preferred;

5. Fluent in written and spoken - English, Indonesian;
