Automation Product Developer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Developer with a strong technical background in data science, data analysis, or software engineering who has chosen to transition into product development. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise to drive the creation and enhancement of innovative products, ensuring that technical feasibility aligns with business objectives and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Vision: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the product strategy, vision, and roadmap based on data insights, technical feasibility, and market needs.
• Technical Implementation Guidance: Utilize your technical background to bridge the gap between product management and engineering teams, ensuring a clear understanding of product requirements and technical challenges.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze data to inform product decisions, track performance metrics, and ensure product features are aligned with user needs and business goals.
• User-Centric Product Design: Work closely with UX/UI designers and stakeholders to develop product features that deliver a superior user experience.
• Feature Definition & Prioritization: Translate user feedback, market research, and business needs into clear, actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the technical voice in meetings with stakeholders, ensuring alignment between development, marketing, and sales teams.
• Product Delivery: Oversee the development process, from ideation to launch, and manage iterations based on user feedback and technical constraints.

Qualifications:

• Technical Background: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Product Development Mindset: Proven experience or a strong desire to transition into a product-focused role, bringing technical knowledge into product strategy and execution.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions to enhance product features and performance.
• Technical Proficiency: Understanding of software development lifecycle, data pipelines, or machine learning workflows, with the ability to engage in technical discussions with developers.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical skills with a creative approach to solving complex product challenges using technical insights.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Management Skills: Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and managing product backlogs, prioritization, and sprint planning.
• Passion for Technology and Innovation: Enthusiasm for exploring new technologies and staying up-to-date with industry trends, with a demonstrated passion for building impactful products.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in a Product Developer, Product Owner, or related role within a tech-focused team.
• Hands-on experience working with data-driven products, APIs, or platforms that leverage machine learning, data analytics, or software engineering best practices.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, product analytics tools, and user feedback loops to drive continuous improvement.
