Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including daily transactions, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Utilize Odoo software for all financial processes, including data entry, report generation, and financial analysis.
- Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets for various villas, ensuring expenses are tracked and within budget.
- Generate and send invoices to clients, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor and record all expenses related to villa maintenance, operations, and management.
- Handle accounts payable, including verifying invoices, processing payments, and maintaining vendor relationships.
- Provide financial insights and advice to management to aid in decision-making and improve financial performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in the property management or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Odoo software is essential.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial record-keeping.
- Ability to analyze financial data and generate insightful reports.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies and issues promptly.
