The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Engineer, positioned within the Engineering Department, who will provide advanced technical expertise and support, primarily focusing on 2nd or 3rd level application support. This role involves managing complex partner integrations with key companies while collaborating with the operations team on a supportive basis. The Solution Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration, configuration, and deployment of solutions across various projects.

Key Responsibilities :

·Advanced Application Support: Provide 2nd or 3rd level support, addressing complex issues and offering technical guidance to internal teams and partners.

·Problem Analysis and Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve technical problems or coordinate with engineering teams for complex issues.

·System and Process Monitoring: Monitor systems and processes, using tools to identify and address issues proactively.

·Issue Ownership and Resolution: Take responsibility for technical issues, ensuring efficient resolution or escalation when necessary.

·Partner Integration: Manage system integrations with external partners, overseeing setup, configuration, testing, and reliability.

·Application Release Management: Lead UAT testing and deployments, ensuring post-release solution performance.

·Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain technical documentation, incident reports, and support tickets.

·Training and Workshops: Conduct end-user training and workshops to enhance solution adoption.

·Feedback and Product Improvement: Collect feedback and collaborate with the product team to improve solutions.

· Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure successful solution delivery and support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical support or solution engineering roles, preferred from EV industry, EV infrastructure, or battery swap.
  • Proven experience in 2nd or 3rd level application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Experience with system integrations, application release management, and post-deployment support.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, system architecture, and application management.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues and using diagnostic tools.
  • Familiar with APIs, web services, middleware, IoT systems, and firmware development.
  • Experience with system monitoring tools and identifying potential issues.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and UAT processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience conducting training sessions and workshops for internal or external parties
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in high-pressure environments.
  • Ability to gather feedback and work with cross-functional teams for product improvement.
  • Familiar with industry best practices in systems integration and IT support.
