Job Summary:

The Swine Specialist is responsible for developing swine feed. The role includes the strategic setup and achievement of the Sales volume, fostering strong Customer Relationships, and managing Product Development. Additionally, the Swine Specialist provides Technical Support to customers and the sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and growth targets. This position addresses the specific needs of the North Sumatra area while supporting the broader goals of the swine feed business.

Job Description

  • Selling Swine feeds products
  • Increase the number of customers
  • Maintaining sales targets, predetermined billing targets achieved
  • Visit customers regularly
  • Provide feedback to the management regarding the performance of competitors & market expansion
  • Make a sales forecast to be given to the production department
  • Update information to technical vet and QAO related to feed products and customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Veterinarian, Animal Husbandry
  • Having minimum 2 years of experience as Swine Specialist or related role in Feedmill Company
  • Able to communicate and interact effectively with all stakeholders
  • Able to provide technical services to customers
  • Familiar and willing to be placed in North Sumatra
