Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance F&B Senior Specialist located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Senior Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day quality control and assurance tasks related to food and beverage products. Tasks include implementing quality management processes, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, conducting quality audits, and maintaining high-quality standards across all brands.

Qualifications

  • Experience as QA in the food and beverage industry for 3 years is a must

  • Experience in Quality Management and implementing Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards
  • Experienced in developing Procedures, Work Instructions, and Forms.
  • Experienced in handling non-conformity and customer complaints.
  • Experienced in auditing stores with multiple types/brands (minimum 3 brands/types)
  • Experienced in training Food Safety, SOP, hygiene to operation employees
  • Proficiency in Quality Auditing, Microsoft Office (Ms Word, Ms Excel for data processing and charts, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards, Assertive, critical thinker, meticulous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related field
  • Willing to work 6 days (West Jakarta)
