  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description
  • Assist in product research and gather user insights to support product development and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product/system flows and identify improvement areas.
  • Help create product documentation, including user stories, feature specifications, and product roadmaps.
  • Ensure that all features and updates align with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
  • Understand the operations and functionality of core banking products to better inform product decisions.

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field or fresh graduated
  • Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and product management principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand product/system flows.
  • Familiarity with core banking products and financial services (a plus but not required).
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced fintech environment.
