Job Description:

1. Overseeing the overall HR strategy, including recruitment, development, performance, and retention.

2. Overseeing the maintenance and repair of depot and facilities

3. Responsible for the procurement of office supplies, uniform, menu, etc. As well as managing inventory levels to ensure that essential items are always available.

4. Handling employee grievances and disputes, fostering a positive work environment, and maintaining good employee relations.

5. Managing employee development programs, including training and engagement initiatives.

6. Manage the offboarding process, including asset return and documentation.

7. Provide counseling and mediation for employee relations issues as needed.

8. Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through to onboarding.

9. Being accountable for all tasks and generating regular reports on attendance and other activities for performance assessment and future decision-making
