Responsibilitie

  • sAssist in maintaining and updating the sales CRM system, ensuring accurate records of client information, leads, and opportunities
  • .Organize and manage sales-related documents, including contracts, proposals, and reports
  • .Handle administrative duties such as scheduling client meetings, coordinating follow-up emails, and preparing sales presentations
  • .Assist in tracking sales activities, including updating sales pipelines and compiling data for weekly and monthly reports
  • .Support the sales team by researching potential clients and compiling relevant information for outreach efforts
  • .Help process and record feedback from clients to ensure continuous improvement in the sales process
  • .Coordinate internal meetings for the sales team, including setting agendas, taking notes, and tracking action items
  • .Assist in preparing materials for client meetings, including presentations, brochures, and other sales collateral
