Job Description:
- Coordinate with users to identify hiring needs.
- Manage and utilize a talent pool consist of job platforms, social media, and/or hiring partners.
- In charge of end-to-end recruitment from screening, interview, and conducting offering sessions.
- Manage job posting on all social media platforms.
- Maintain recruitment dashboard and database for future vacancies.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology.
- Proven minimal 2-3 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Headhunter.
- Passionate in recruitment and able to meet the company's hiring needs.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in English are a must.
- Highly adaptable and able to work independently.
- Excited by new challenges and learning opportunities.
