Recruitment Specialist

Job Description:

• Coordinate with users to identify hiring needs.
• Manage and utilize a talent pool consist of job platforms, social media, and/or hiring partners.
• In charge of end-to-end recruitment from screening, interview, and conducting offering sessions.
• Manage job posting on all social media platforms.
• Maintain recruitment dashboard and database for future vacancies.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology.
• Proven minimal 2-3 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Headhunter.
• Passionate in recruitment and able to meet the company's hiring needs.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English are a must.
• Highly adaptable and able to work independently.
• Excited by new challenges and learning opportunities.
