Job Description :
- This position will be in charge of the end to end assessment process (Internal & External)
- Liaising with the user to make an assessment matrix based on job competencies
- Developing new assessment tools for our internal needs.
- Understanding the concept of HAV (human asset value)
- Managing IDP post-assessment program
- Providing leadership to the team
Qualifications:
- Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of experience, preferable from the Tbk company
- Experience leading assessment/talent management as part of the HR/HC Dept
- Understand psychological assessment instruments, & screening promotion candidates, and or assessment SOP and methodology for developing the tools
- Has a good communication and writing skills
- Proficient in English
