Gema Consult are seeking a highly-spirits & self-motivated candidates for our architecture studio client in Bali area (Seminyak).
DRAFTER
Responsibilities :
- Design plans using computer-aided design software.
- Work from rough sketches and specifications created by engineers and architects.
- Design products with engineering and manufacturing techniques.
- Add details to architectural plans from their knowledge of building techniques.
- Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards.
- Undertaking short courses, conferences, seminars and workshops to enhance a skill or knowledge.
- Keeping up-to-date of government policies (in Client's country where their business is registered business) and new technical reports.
- Perform open and distance learning and implement management value and standard of services.
Requirements:
- Possess a degree in architecture or a related field.
- Have a proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SketchUp.
- Be familiar with building codes and regulations.
- Have a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Applicants who currently stay in Bali will be preferable.
