  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists, leads, or databases.
  • Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer service and resolving customer's complaints.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and resolve them to prevent customer dissatisfaction.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain communication with potential customers throughout the sales process.

Job Requirements

  • Having experience in Telesales/Telemarketing min. 1 year.
  • Having good communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellence in engaging customer interaction.
  • High-driven and target oriented.
  • Adaptable to dynamic working environments.
