Job Summary:
The PMO Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Management Office by ensuring that strategic projects are executed efficiently and effectively. This role provides support and coordination across multiple projects, ensuring that the PMO’s standards and processes are adhered to, and helping to improve overall project management efficiency. This position involves coordinating project activities, communicating with project stakeholders, and tracking project performance. The PMO Executive will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of projects. Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure project objectives are met.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including project managers, team members, and clients. Prepare and distribute regular project updates.
- Risk Management: Monitor project risks and issues. Assist in the development and implementation of mitigation strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report on project progress, performance metrics, and outcomes.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from any major.
- Has 3-5 years of experience in project management or a related role. Experience in a PMO environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Insurance or banking background is preferrable.
