Responsibilities
- Analyze user interactions with our products to enhance them
- Present findings clearly to stakeholders
- Automate anomaly detection and investigate root causes
- Design and conduct experiments to tackle complex data and business challenges
- Identify trends and opportunities in data to shape product strategies
- Define and achieve business objectives, establishing measurable success metrics
- Collaborate with engineers to refine data collection processes
- Advocate for data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Apply and develop algorithms to drive business value
- Stay abreast of the latest techniques to enhance existing solutions
- Mentor and manage team members to deliver outstanding results
- 3-5 years of experience preferred
- Experience in team management is a plus
- Strong product understanding with a focus on delivering business value
- Solid background in mathematics, statistics, or actuarial science
- Hands-on experience in machine learning, predictive analytics, and statistical modeling
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization
- Familiarity with data structures, modeling, and machine learning algorithms is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Independent and driven to achieve results
