Recruitment Consultant

DayaLima Recruitment is currently looking for a Consultant to join our team of talent hunters!

What Will You Do:

• Handling end-to-end mass recruitment projects.
• Identifying talented employees within the client’s organization through talent mapping.
• Using clear communication and presentation skills to understand client needs and deliver suitable solutions for successful recruitment processes.
• Analyzing extensive recruitment data to make the best recommendations for the client.
• Organizing team and project timelines efficiently to finish the project on time with minimal errors.
• Introducing well-qualified candidates to clients and helping with the interview process.
• Using data-driven insights to improve recruitment strategies.
• Keeping track of and providing reports on recruitment activities.

Requirements:

• A Master’s degree in Psychology.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of work experience, including experience in mass recruitment.
• Strong communication, data analysis, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Familiarity with competency mapping and handling large datasets using Excel is preferred.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills are needed to manage project timelines effectively.
