Pixel8Labs is currently looking for a Head of Product & User Experience with demonstrated experience in product designs and an interest in building awesome applications web3 or not. You will be working on projects of different natures, ranging from degen products to innovative MVPs. You will be reporting and working directly with our CTO.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, clarify, and understand on a deep level client's requirements
- UX research and proposal
- UI conceptualization and designs
- Work closely with front-end engineer to realize the design (e.g. clarification of on-site interactions, understanding error scenarios to design for them)
Qualifications:

Hard
- Have owned and delivered significant features or entire products
- Ex-founder or early employee of startup
- Experience in UI/UX designs for commercial products
- Experience using Figma
- Bonus: Basic understanding of front-end technologies like HTML/CSS/JS or even better, frontend engineering experience
- Demonstrated experience owning and designing product
Soft
- Attention to detail
- Organized and self-sufficient
- Tech understanding and web3 knowledge is a huge bonus.
- Interested in blockchain and/or NFTs
- Having experience working in Crypto industries
- Bonus if you have a degen
