We are seeking an experienced Partner to lead and scale our Wealth Management division. This is a unique opportunity for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in client acquisition and team leadership to play a key role in the next phase of our expansion. What You’ll Do:
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Leverage your established network of HNWIs to drive client acquisition and long-term relationships, providing bespoke financial solutions to meet clients’ evolving goals.
2. Lead & Scale the Wealth Management Team: Build and mentor a team of senior wealth advisors and private bankers, fostering a client-centric, high-performance culture.
3. Strategic Growth: Shape the direction of our Wealth Management division, contributing to the firm’s long-term success and positioning Genesis Advisory as the leading financial services provider for HNWIs in Indonesia.
What We’re Looking For:
1. 5+ years of experience in wealth management or private banking, focusing on HNW clients.
2. A strong, active network of HNWIs in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
3. Proven experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and successfully managing large client portfolios.
4. A leader with demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing teams.
5. Experience with cross-border wealth management, and global financial products.
6. A strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
